Delivery Areas
TAD Furniture offers delivery to the following selected areas: Metro Manila, some parts of Laguna , Cavite, Bulacan, and Pampanga; served by Lalamove and other providers.
Items will be delivered to your front door for residential addresses and to the appropriate floor of commercial buildings for company addresses. If you are unable to accept the delivery in person, please inform us ahead of time or assign a person you trust to accept it for you.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges applies and is shouldered by the customer. Delivery fee are NOT calculated during checkout. Rates will depend on the courier service to be used i.e. Lalamove, Transportify, etc. so please coordinate with our customer service for the delivery arrangements.
Customers are to shoulder entrance fees and arrange for gate passes for deliveries inside subdivisions, village, buildings or townhouses.
Delivery Address
Each transaction can be delivered to one (1) delivery address only. You will need to start a new transaction for a new delivery location.
Expected Delivery Time
For regular items on stock, we can expect delivery within three (3) working days. Actual delivery time from us to the courier may vary. If there are items not available or in stock, our staff will call you as soon as possible for more details. Orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 5 p.m. local time Monday through Friday (business days) will be processed the following business day.
